to start things off, i'd like to mention how simply amazing lands farther east's last show was. i still feel compelled to pinch those boys for breaking up in such an untimely manner, but watching them play some of my favorite songs with more intensity than i've ever seen a band emit, was just... breathtaking. hats off and happy trails to josh, mark, and ryan in their future endeavors.

that said, keenan and i have started a band with our darling friend ray. he has an unhealthy obsession with the breakfast club, carissa's wierd, belle & sebastian, and diet coke, which is exactly why we adore him. all we're saying is: DUELING GLOCKENSPIELS. oh, and glockenspiels is not spelled clogeknspiels, no matter what your fingers think.

jacko "sir mix-a-whole-lot" long has started mixing the debut snow cuts glass album, and we were lucky enough to hear a few rough versions. it looks like it will be a 10 song cdr, limited to 200 copies, and artwork by the lovely andre andreev, who also designed the ancille EP and can i be she-ra? album.

snow's short spring break tour has been cancelled, but don't fret californians! they are instead planning a tour with the pretty, pretty in ink please of north dakota. i highly recommend checking out a track or two on IIP's label site, fall records. while you're at it, racetrack have finally gotten around to posting a demo of their newest recording, "do your homework." like whoa.
